Our time in the States is drawing to a close. View this email in your browser Getting Ready! Church Visits We have been so blessed by the nine churches we have visited so far--we are encouraged that so many people have committed to pray for us, support us, and stay updated. Every one of you is a huge part of this ministry, and we couldn't do it without you! We have two more churches where we will speak, August 3 in Peoria, Illinois at Heaven's View Christian Fellowship, and August 10 in Rolla at Church Without Walls. If you're in either of those neighborhoods let us know if you need directions! Travel Itinerary Here are our plans for the remainder of our time in the States and where we go afterward. We just bought our tickets to visit Carla's parents in Europe before heading down to Africa.  If you are in the Rolla area, we will have a prayer time this coming Sunday that you would be welcome to join.  July 12: Going away party in Rolla (come by if you're in the area!) July 13: Prayer time in Rolla (again, join us if you can!) July 19-25: Leave Rolla for a family reunion in Tennessee July 26-August 2: Peoria, IL (working at a youth camp) August 3: Speaking at Heaven's View Christian Fellowship, Peoria IL August 3-10: Staying in Florissant, MO with Jon's family August 10: Speaking at Church Without Walls, Rolla MO August 11: Fly to Malta to be with Carla's family September 20(ish): Fly to Mozambique! Prayer Requests We still don't have the invitations we need to get our visas to enter Mozambique. We learned that the process can no longer go through the local government offices but must be approved by offices in the capital city of Maputo. Unfortunately this is making the process take longer and makes it no longer in the hands of the people where we have connections and relationships. So... Please pray we are still able to get the invitations and visas SOON!  Please pray that the application for our organization will be accepted and make us an official non-profit here in the States. Please pray as we wrap up our household get rid of everything... it's a little overwhelming.
